Certify or not to certify: that is the question

The article is devoted to a problem of observance by the employer of safe working conditions. The author emphasizes the obligation of the employer to conduct certification of workplaces, the results of which employees should be labour-legal guarantees and privileges. In the article the analysis of international conventions, national legislation and judicial practice in this sphere, as well as the possibility for the adoption of the draft Federal law «On special assessment of working conditions», which will significantly increase the degree of protection of the rights of workers.
