Audiovisual works as a complex object of copyright

This article discusses some aspects related to the legal status of an audiovisual work as a complex copyright object. Analyzed scientific work, the position of civil law, as well as materials of judicial practice. The article on the basis of law enforcement practice shows the problem faced by the courts everywhere. In conclusion, the author draws attention to the fact that it is necessary in the legal aspect to refine the issues regarding the audiovisual work.
