The article aims to consider the audit of personnel adaptation on the example of Ilim OJSC. In order to start fulfilling their direct duties, after being hired, each employee must adapt to the company in which he is to work. It would seem that there is nothing difficult in this, but if you look a little deeper, you will undoubtedly reveal many difficulties. Since even the “ideal” specialists, professionally and personally, can be a worthless acquisition if they cannot fit into the corporate culture of a company or the system of relationships adopted in a particular division.
