One of the many problems brought to life by the social reform is the emergence and the development of various social contradictions that have the potential to translate into the conflict opposition. Currently, the particularly acute become the problem of shortage of tools, which application will allow existing and provide potential labour conflicts. The article proposes the new approach in solving this problem.
