Audit in the field of procurement in the development of a new system of state procurement

It is dedicated to the modern stage of development of the Russian economy, in which the evolution of the public procurement system is determined by the improvement of the legislative base, when each of the most significant laws characterizes a certain stage. It is noted that the concept of “state order” is gradually being replaced by a new concept - “public procurement”, in which a special role is assigned to an audit in the field of procurement, covering all stages of the procurement process: planning, entering into and executing contracts, and identifying deviations, determining the causes and preparation of proposals aimed at their elimination and improvement of the contract system as a whole.
