Outsourcing as a method of improving the efficiency of the organization's procurement management

The article presents the results of a study of the problem of forming an effective procurement management system in an organization. The most common reasons for outsourcing procurement management have been identified. The value of outsourcing procurement management has been determined, which is manifested in labor savings, consolidation of volumes, the use of expert experience and knowledge, as well as in demand and specification management. The main risks that must be taken into account by the organization's management when transferring purchases to outsourcing are considered. The expediency of using outsourcing technology in the field of procurement management is substantiated by the example of a commercial organization in the Kaluga region.
