Outsourcing - as a cost optimization tool at an oil and gas complex enterprise

A significant part of innovative projects aimed at intensifying the processes of material and technical support of personnel of oil and gas enterprises either do not reach practical implementation, or in fact bring less benefit than planned. The main reason for these trends is considered to be the lack of real tools for planning, evaluating and implementing innovations among the heads of the supply department. The article proposes a mechanism for implementing a pilot project for the provision of complex outsourcing services to provide employees of the oil and gas complex with personal protective equipment.
