Outsourcing: trends and features of application in state and municipal authorities of the Russian Federation

In this research paper, the outsourcing agreement (transfer of functions) is considered, the justifications for concluding this agreement and its features for state and municipal authorities are analyzed. Based on open data, statistics on the use of the most common type of outsourcing in the public sector in comparison with other industries are presented. Various opinions on the use of outsourcing and current development trends in the Russian Federation have been studied.
