Advance payments in customs authorities as customs costs reducing in business

International economic integration supposes trade growth and simplification. Customs costs reducing influence economic relationship development. In the article features of advance payments transfer in customs authorities were studied. On the basis of advance payments transfer in the federal budget, there were developed the problems and the applying ways of improvement of the modern advance payments system within the framework of Customs Code of the Eurasian economic union.
