"Война за таланты" как конкурентная стратегия в современных организациях

В статье рассматривается явление «война за таланты, а также значимость найма и удержания талантливых сотрудников в современных организациях. «Война за таланты» является ключевой конкурентной стратегией в настоящее время. Рассмотрены действия, с помощью которых компания сможет эффективно использовать данную стратегию. Лидирующие позиции на рынке занимают компании, которые совершенствуют условия труда, проводят активный анализ кадров на рынке и готовы предложить самые выгодные условия для работы. Сотрудник, обладающий высокими навыками в определенной области, в современных социально-экономических условиях, играет важную роль в вопросе успешности руководителя и компании в целом. Целью работы является изучить основные подходы удержания талантливых сотрудников в организациях.

"Зеленая экономика" - перспективное направление развития нефтегазового сектора Узбекистана

Проанализированы действия, которые необходимо предпринять в нефтегазовом сектором для становления экономики и минимизации негативного влияния на экологию. Изучен международный опыт внедрения технологий в производство крупными энергетическими компаниями, и инновационные решения, которые необходимо применять в нефтегазовой отрасли для развития «зеленой экономики». В результате этого можно добиться сокращения или полного отсутствия ущерба, наносимого окружающей среде в процессе производства углеводородов.

"Инновационное развитие": анализ понятия и уточнение определения

Настоящая статья посвящена проблеме теоретического определения понятия инновационное развитие. Рассмотренные теоретико-методологические подходы к определению инновационного развития констатируют недостаточную концептуальную определенность данной дефиниции и актуализует его уточнение. Анализ различных подходов к ее идентификации позволил выявить следующие характерные признаки: доминирование закона кооперации; гуманизация инновационного развития; доминирование закона опережающего развития качества человека, общественного интеллекта; экологизация инновационного развития; стратегическое планирование и управление инновационным развитием; системность инновационного развития. При этом основным признаком инновационного развития является его всеобщность, выражающаяся в концепции развития на инновационной основе всех секторов промышленности, а не только опережающих высокотехнологичных отраслей. Уточнено понятие инновационное развитие, под которым предлагается понимать системное, стратегическое развитие экономики на основе доминирования закона кооперации с использованием качественного человека, качественного общественного интеллекта с приоритетом гуманизации и экологизации его деятельности. Подчеркивается важность индикативного планирования в процессе инновационного развития, который служит дополнением к рыночному механизму, инструментом совершенствования его функционирования путем консолидации усилий правительства, ассоциаций бизнеса, объединений потребителей и профсоюзов. Выявленные признаки могут служить основой разработки индикаторов оценки инновационного развития российской экономики.

A model of the concept of simplified customs clearance of phytosanitary goods

Phytosanitary border-quarantine inspection is a type of non-tariff regulation that is used for importing or exporting goods on the territory of Georgia, to carry out other supervising or inspection procedures on them in accordance with the procedures provided for by law. Goods of phytosanitary origin in the country’s customs checkpoint are subject to the following procedures: the arrival of the goods at the phytosanitary inspection terminal, the arrival of vehicle, implementation of phytosanitary inspection (documentary inspection and stamping), issuing a new complete certificate, software processing of all documents by the logistics officer and their delivery to the information zone, where the documents will be handed over to the owner/customs declarator upon request. All of these customs procedures take some time. Reforms were undertaken in recent years, which were implemented with a view to facilitating the customs clearance, have significantly reduced time spent on customs procedures.

In turn, one of the key factors in the development of the economy is the adaptation of accounting and reporting systems in the country to the requirements of international financial reporting standards. In accordance with the above requirements, in this article we examined the differences in accounting for financial instruments in accordance with national and international financial reporting standards.

The current structure of the industrial sector of the Republic of Belarus, statistical data on the dynamics of the sectoral structure, the structure of exports and imports of the main commodity groups in the context of the CIS countries and other countries were used for testing the methodology. At the same time, their sectoral identification was carried out for the exported commodity group in order to guarantee the unity of the method of post-segment evaluation. For industry dispersal, a method of ranking is used and the purpose of the product is provided, determined by the content of each segment. The rank of individual sectors of the economy in the sectoral structure of the industrial sector is established on the principle of a greater share in the output of the industrial sector.
