Automation of Chest X-Ray Analysis Using Methods of Deep Learning and Explainable Artificial Intelligence

The article presents a comprehensive approach to automating the analysis of chest X-ray images using deep neural networks and explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) methods. A review and integration of major datasets have been conducted, and a multimodal architecture combining convolutional neural networks and language models for generating medical conclusions has been implemented. Special attention is paid to decision interpretability through the use of Grad-CAM, LIME, and other XAI techniques. A user-friendly interface for physicians has been developed, providing visualization of results and transparency of system operation.
