Automation of business process for fiscal inspection documents creation for aerospace industry department

This article describes some of the problems related to the business process enhancement for aerospace industry, which is related to the development of consolidated information space. The development of consolidated information space is linked to the management. On the one hand, the management is an additional tool, on the other hand, it helps decreasing product related expenses at all stages of their lifetime. The solution of this important problem is described in the article. It requires the creation of an organizational and administrative electronic documents and the implementation of the routing system for delivery of these documents. This problem has been solved by developing “The attachment of scanned document copy” system. The goal of this system is the automation of the electronic document creation process for fiscal inspection delivery. The one of the problems of system development is the indexing of the array of documents. The proposed system implementation allows to minimize the probability of losing the documents and improve the quality of business process.
