Automation of business processes of aquaculture production

Бесплатный доступ

The demand for fish and seafood is constantly growing, especially as their health benefits continue to gain recognition from consumers, who in general are increasingly interested in the nutritional properties of food. Currently, it is possible to grow fish not only in reservoirs, but also in closed-circuit water supply installations. The construction, commissioning and operation of closed water supply installations are quite expensive investment projects with a long payback period, therefore they are mainly used in breeding those fish species whose implementation brings profit. The management of chemical, physical and biological indicators of water quality is the basis for the efficiency of fish farming. Technological innovations have a positive impact on the success of enterprises in the field of aquaculture production, many of which use the capabilities of artificial intelligence to improve business processes. Automation is gradually being incorporated into all business processes, including feeding, lighting, control of the microbiological biome, interaction of biological and chemical processes in water, which increases the overall efficiency of aquaculture production and allows you to scale up, which ultimately leads to lower production costs.
