Automation and management of business processes in the company: problems and solutions

The article reveals the importance and positive effect of the use of business process automation by companies in practice. A study was carried out to identify the problems of automating the business processes of companies and to determine the ways of their further solution. Business processes must be innovative, which can be achieved through the use of innovative tools and new methods of managing them. It has been proven that by subjecting business processes to regular analysis in order to improve their management and optimization, the company accelerates the improvement of the innovative component of production activities.
