Automation of obtaining the sociological evidences of illegal use of individualization means in the civil and criminal procedure

The article offers one of the solutions to the problem of using sociological evidence of confusing similarity in the civil and criminal procedure. It is shown that such use is hindered by the relatively weak testability of the results (typical for social research, in contrast to natural studies) and by the high cost of public opinion polls. However, there are methodological and technological bases for overcoming such challenges. The author believes that the automation of public opinion polls on the basis of Internet technologies can be such a basis.
