The automation preparing work programs package for disciplines (modules) process as part of university "Dubna" digital transformation

The paper considers the disciplines (modules) work programs package process, and proves the process automation problem’s urgency as part of University "Dubna" digital transformation. This paper provides existing solutions with a basic overview, formulated the requirements and offered information system architecture. The intended system will enable an easy preparing work disciplines (modules) programs package, make the process more transparent and faster, and also reduce the error count. Bearing in mind, that system considerations must be easily integrated into the digital university environment.
