Automated human resources management system on the platform 1C:Enterprise

The article discusses the software products of automation of the personnel office work and human resource management. Provides an overview of the application solutions of the Russian and foreign markets, and discusses their advantages and disadvantages. The article presents the description of the developed application solutions on the platform "1C:Enterprise 8", which automates the functions of the human resources Department. The assignment of qualification categories, and discharges employees is based on cluster analysis and descriptive model of knowledge.
