Automation of technological objects at oil and gas production shops

Questions of automation the technological objects at oil and gas production shops at shop-4 of JSC “Orenburgneft” ensuring their functioning in normal service conditions without continuous presence of service personnel directly at technological objects of control, and also the alarm and technological system are considered. Start-up of processing equipment and its bringing to the regime, including after accident elimination, is carried out manually. The system realizes information technology in the form of certain information sequence relating functions, tasks or procedures which are carried out in the automated mode. The system provides an operating control of technological parameters of objects at shop-4, including collecting, accumulation, processing and display of the information on the course of technological process, maintenance the optimum technological regimes, analytical control, precautionary and emergency alarm system.
