The process of development of the digital economy, in parallel with the dynamic globalization of production and consumption processes, determines the exponential growth of competition in the world markets for industrial products. As a result, industrial enterprises are forced to look for directions for dynamic development, the key of which is the generation and integration of innovative solutions. However, many industries are constrained by their own technological paradigm, which prevents them from following this trend. This fact is largely caused by the specifics of resource provision, a distinctive feature of which is the prevalence of low-skilled manual labor, the impossibility of automating most of the main business processes and a tight connection with natural resources. One of the most significant representatives of this specificity is the woodworking industry. Due to the described specifics and for the purposes of the development of enterprises in the woodworking industry, it is necessary to search for optimization solutions that allow more efficient resource management, the basis of which is human resources. For the purpose of improving the efficiency of human resources management, a parametric model for normalizing business processes in accordance with the universally quantified characteristic of the condition of the information environment is being developed and automated using Python 3.
