Due to the large volume of thermometry data, manual investigation is a very time-consuming task. As a result, there is a need for the development of an automated data processing system that is tuned to the specific needs of an expert user. The authors have developed an automated system for storing, processing and visualising daily human thermometry data. Thermometry data is obtained using a tablet thermometer (iButton), which autonomously reads the temperature of the skin of a person every 5 minutes during a day. The application program allows you to analyse temperature curve data in order to extract additional information when making a clinical diagnosis. The data obtained from temperature sensors are visualised, having previously undergone special pre-processing (removal of anomalous measurements), and statistical characteristics are also calculated for them.
