In this article, an automated control system for the block conveyor No. 1 of the Nurkazgan underground mine will be developed based on a programmable logic controller and a variable frequency drive, the control system hardware and software. To improve the quality of the ore transporting conveyors drifts constantly being upgraded and more automated. In addition, the frequency converter contributes to the conservation of electricity and protect against mechanical and electrical damage.
