In this article the method of calculation of machining process parameters on the basis of models of design tool and part technological parameters (equivalent stress σ, the maximum shear stress (i), offset p of teeth, the coefficient Ku of shrinkage of chips, roughness Rz, wear h). The possibility of predicting values as conditions change on multi-task machines with program control and the stamp tool and workpiece material is presented. The use of the developed method allows you to assign rational machining modes, the optimum cutting edge geometry tool to estimate the strength parameters of tools and parts.
