EU road transport: features of legal regulation and unification

Purpose: To establish the specifics of the legal regulation of activities in the field of road transport, taking into account the features and values of this sector of the national economy, not only for a single country, but for a whole region united by the idea ofinterstate multinational integration as a priority foreign economic partner of the Russian Federation. Methodology: The basic methodological arsenal of research consists of general scientific methods (dialectical method of cognition, method of analysis, synthesis, analogy, formal-logical method, etc.), as well as private-scientific methods (historico-legal, system-structural, analytical, formal-legal, functional, the method of modeling). Results: As a result of the study, general and directed reform activities, as well as interstate regulation of public relations in the field of road transport of the EU as the most important area of active economic reforms in the world today in the mainstream of international integration processes. Novelty/originality/value: The statement that the European legislator has previously been given priority in the choice of harmonization as a method of legal integration within the framework of transport regulation. Depending on the two methods of legal, legal regulation of EU motor transport, as well as the need to change them one way or another.
