The copyright on a theatre costume (lessons of the court case)

The article is devoted to the peculiar object of copyright - a theatre costume. It considers the problems of law enforcement related to the peculiarities of the nature of creativity in the making of theatrical costumes on the example of a court case. The influence of these features on the authorship of their creators is shown. As a result of the analysis of the French judicial practice, the advisability of the usage foreign law enforcement experience in resolving such disputes in Russia is justified.
