The article provides specific recommendations in the field of B2B sales for commercial banks outside the TOP-11. The author has made a generalized segmentation of business clients, and also examined their key behavioral patterns. In addition, the author explored traditional B2B sales channels and proposed new ones in the context of generalized segmentation of business customers. Additionally, the article discusses measures to expand the range of bank services that can contribute to success in banking B2B sales.
