Score-rating system as a reduction of student enthusiasm

In the article the score-rating system of assessment of students’ progress is considered as a tool of differentiated assessment of educational activity. The authors analyzed the impact of the score-rating system on the motivation of students to increase or decrease activity in the learning process. Also there is a problem of the ability of the score-rating system in the conditions of Russian reality to reduce the enthusiasm of students.
