This article examines the development of the banking system in the world, occurring in the crisis in the financial markets and the increasing competition between commercial banks. In this regard, the leadership of the banks there is a need to review the strategy of activities and tools, with which the bank will seek to attract and retain your potential customers. We consider marketing activities based on the analysis of which, commercial banks increase the efficiency of its activities on the organization of work with clients.
