Bankruptcy of companies during the crisis: factors and causes of their insolvency

The article examines the causes of economic instability, its impact on the state of the regional economy of Russia and on the financial condition of companies. A brief overview of the essence of bankruptcy, the reasons for its occurrence, as well as the main factors of bankruptcy occurrence are described. The necessity of predicting the onset of bankruptcy and the existence of an effective corporate governance system is substantiated.
