Bankruptcy of individuals in the Russian Federation: current problems of the procedure and its solutions

In this article, the author examines the concept and legal essence of bankruptcy of individuals in the Russian Federation. The author conducts a comprehensive legal analysis of judicial arbitration practice in the field of bankruptcy of individuals in the Russian Federation. Based on the results of the legal analysis, the author of the article identifies the problems and gaps that exist today in the judicial and arbitration practice of the Russian Federation in the field of bankruptcy of individuals. Possible ways to improve Russian legislation in the field under study are being developed.
