Bankruptcy of individuals: aspects of the bankruptcy procedure

This article is devoted to the consideration of some features of bankruptcy of individuals. When writing this work, the author was guided directly by such normative legal acts as the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" dated 26.10.2002 N 127-FL, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as other sectoral normative legal acts of the Russian Federation. This article discusses the main issues and problems related to the procedure for recognizing a citizen as insolvent (bankrupt), and also suggests some ways to solve them, identified by analyzing the main difficulties of the procedure under consideration.
