Аnnotation: This article is intended to reflect the bankruptcy of a legal entity from the point of view of the Russian legislation. Regulatory and legal regulation of bankruptcy aspects has its main purpose - to revive the solvency of the legal entity, as well as to provide all creditors with the amount of compensation equivalent to the volume of claims.
