Barriers of the digital world: neural networks, cryptocurrencies and challenges of digital inequality

In the era of rapid development of digital technologies, issues of digital inequality come to the fore. Progress in the fields of neural networks and cryptocurrencies opens up new opportunities for economic development and innovative growth of society, but creates a number of obstacles, deepening the gap between different socio-demographic groups of the population in access to digital resources and knowledge. The article examines the contradictions in the implementation of neural networks and cryptocurrencies in various areas of human activity, when, on the one hand, they provide unlimited opportunities for society, and on the other hand, existing inequalities are strengthened and new ones are created, making digital innovations inaccessible to a significant part of the population due to financial, technical or educational limitations.
