"Tower of blood enemies" - revisiting the kind of the vendetta and its attributes in the socio-normative culture of the peoples of Dagestan

In this article there is for the first time practically considered an interesting aspect on the tower's role in the mechanism of ven- detta. There is provided the background information on the kind of vengeance and its record in socio-normative culture of the peoples of the Caucasus (Dagestan). In the text attention is drawn to papers content of the law monuments of the peoples of Dagestan for clarifying the mechanism of implementation, vengeance warning, status determination and clarification of the rights and duties of blood enemies. Likewise, there is submitted photo-feature of the towers and other monuments in various peoples for accurate perception of the traditional institutions of the mountain peoples of the Caucasus.
