В статье рассматриваются 5 базальных сообществ союза Artemisio santonici-Puccinellion fominii Shelyag-Sosonko et al. 1989, относящиеся к кл. Salicornietea fruticosae Br.-Bl. et Tx. ex A. Bolòs y Vayreda 1950, которые были описаны в северной части Прикаспийской низменности: 1 - БС Petrosimonia oppositifolia-[Artemisio santonici-Puccinellion fominii]; 2 - БС Limonium suffruticosum-[Artemisio santonici-Puccinellion fominii]; 3 - БС Halimione verrucifera-[Artemisio santonici-Puccinellion fominii]; 4 - БС Limonium bellidifolium ssp. caspium-[Artemisio santonici-Puccinellion fominii];5 - БС Limonium gmelinii-[Artemisio santonici-Puccinellion fominii].
