Basic criminal legal terminology and the Russian system Antiplagiarism

This article deals with the problems associated with the identification of plagiarism in the texts of scientific works, in particular, the system "Antiplagiat". It is noted that the program conducts only technical analysis, not taking into account scientific elaboration. On the example of criminal law it is shown that the established legal terminology reduces the uniqueness of the work. The conclusion is made about the need to refine this system.
