The purpose of the study is to analyze the artistic worldview. In the context of the original model, the research substantiates the interdependence of the principles and approaches to dealing with the concept-based image that converts the real objects and phenomena into signs and symbols. It is argued that the objects and phenomena are transformed into the artistic concept-based image and further the artistic symbolic image by means of the artistic language. The author proposes to consider the main object-oriented means of painting through the structured sets of color combinations and colorful surface textures. The research argues that the facts and aspects of the existence of nature, human, society and culture can be represented in the physioplastic and ideoplastic terms. The author concludes that the basic modes of the artistic worldview in painting are represented by means of similar images, metaphoric images, personified images, allusive images, abstract images and symbolic images reflecting the external dimension of existence in their visual subjective status and the internal dimension of existence in the emotional and sensitive as well as the epistemological development.
