Basic principles of security strategy in the risk society

The article justifies the strategy of extremism countering and prevention in the risk society. It is based on the theoretical principles formulated by M. Rasmussen in his theory of war and security strategy in risk society, and the concept of micro-security. The main modification of the security strategy in the risk society is associated with transition from the "total security" model (elimination of all possible threats) to the risk management.
