Benchmarking as an effective method of quality control in project

The article is devoted to the consideration of such quality management method, as benchmarking, in relation to a project. The notions ‘quality’, ‘quality management’, ‘quality control’, ‘quality management system’, ‘benchmarking’ are revealed. The advantages of benchmarking are emphasized, and its types and mechanism are considered. As a conclusion, the rationale for using benchmarking in project management is provided.
