The article proposes a scientific and methodological approach to the formation of a strategy for innovative development of the region’s logistics infrastructure. The target indicator of the development of the regional logistics infrastructure is investigated, benchmarking models of the innovative development of the logistics infrastructure are formed. A strategy for the innovative development of the regional logistics infrastructure using benchmarking models has been developed.
