Lean production as one of the main goals of digital transformation of the economy

The article provides definitions of the digital economy and lean manufacturing, and also substantiates the relevance of the research topic. As a clear example of the application of lean production techniques through the prism of digital transformation of the economy, the use of KPI programs by domestic companies to increase employee engagement is given.
