Lean technologies as a tool for improving the efficiency of state and municipal services in the Republic of Adygea

This article presents the main possibilities of applying the concept of lean management technologies in the activities of multifunctional centers in the provision of state and municipal services in the Republic of Adygea. The key tools of “lean manufacturing” for improving the operation of multifunctional centers are considered.
