The safety of working with the equipment for protecting plants from pests and diseases processing by toxic chemicals on experimental plots

The technique of optimization of design data of the equipment for protection of plants against wreck-ers and diseases on experimental plots of crops and means of mechanization for their performance on the basis of the choice of the modes of spraying and def-inition of a hectare expense of chemical preparations when processing allotments is offered. The design of the sprayer providing the decrease in the impact of toxic chemicals on workers when performing techno-logical process is developed. By the results of the analysis of balance of working hours when pro-cessing plants on ridges on elements of technological process optimum technologies of their processing are chosen according to the set criteria for toxic chemi-cals. The analysis of harmful and dangerous produc-tion factors when performing technological process is made. The influence of natural climatic subfactors adjoining the worker during the performance of tech-nological process, on the equipment of the worker is considered. The influence of toxic chemicals applied when processing plants on the person is analysed. Measures and means of their neutralization are of- fered. General measures of first aid irrespective of poison character which caused poisoning, the intakes of poison directed on the termination in the organism are presented. The means of individual protection and also care of them are considered and offered. The results of pilot and theoretical studies of depend-ence of the consumption of liquid on speeds of the movement, pressure and design features of sprays are reduced in the experiment of planning matrixes that allowed to calculate the regression model of de-pendence of a hectare expense of preparations on speeds of the movement and pressure of liquid which is statistical model of studied process which allows to determine optimum parameters of studied process at the variation of levels of factors. The researches con-ducted according to the stated plan of experiment on a sprayer allowed to define the influence of factors on process characteristics.
