Safe university in the social and project discourse: monitoring and efficiency evaluation

The article considers the social and project discourse to creation of a security system of the Russian higher education institutions on the basis of complex and integrative approach providing neutralization of various threats, decrease in risks, minimization of material and moral damage. The project concept of safe university within the Safe City project are pushed. The authors pay special attention to connection of complexes of technical and technological, information and technological, social and technological means in providing a security system of higher education institutions. The model of monitoring of a condition of complex safety of higher education institution, system of measures and indicators, characterizing responses to violations of standard requirements and a safety hazard, an efficiency evaluation of the taken measures is offered.
