Unemployment as a factor in increasingof the marginalized population in the trans-Baikal region

The paper attempts to analyze the problem of marginalization in the Trans-Baikal region, where one of the factors of this process is unemployment. It analyzes the socio-economic situation and the labor market of the Trans-Baikal Territory, statistical data on the state of the labor market, highlights the main employment problems, the solution, which will require the involvement of all interested parties. The author reveals the social consequences of unemployment, which is the major threat to social security and, consequently, the associated process of formation of marginalized people in the social structure of modern Russian society and in the Trans-Baikal region in particular. It is noted that the main feature of marginalization is the gap of social relations, and in the classical case economic, social and spiritual connections are consistently torn.
