Prospects of development of technical service in the direction of CIP diagnostic units, assemblies and complex systems such as the engine. The types of turbochargers mounted on the engine KamAZ, presented their design and features. The analysis of the main faults of turbochargers KamAZ, shows the classification of failures and they cause noise and vibration. The calculations of the frequency of the signal on the number of blades, bred on the turbine and compressor wheels and wheel speed. Shows a diagram of the forces acting on the rotor of the turbocharger and their analysis. Theoretically revealed that when the clearance in the bearing assembly and the force of pressure of the exhaust gas turbine wheel oscillating arise pendulum system, which in turn will cause the acoustic effect as noise with a certain frequency. Is offered with the help of computerized systems, provided the necessary theoretical and experimental studies aimed at finding the acoustic characteristics of turbochargers, turbochargers conduct CIP diagnosis with the issuance of the diagnosis.
