Nameless victim of nameless corruption

He provisions of the analytical analysis of the criminally victimological aspect of corruption are presented in accordance with the task of working out the initial foundations of the corresponding (victimological) direction of anti-corruption policy. The knowledge related to the multi-sided image of the victim of corruption, or the victim phenomenon and the corruption itself as a “background (product) phenomenon”, the functionality of which consists in victimization and victimization of the criminogenic-criminal essence of corruption, is systematized. The harmful features of the victim’s “mass character”, “corruption mentality”, the negative essence of “tolerance” and “intolerance” as socio-psychological components of the mentality, ambiguous “corruption behavior” are revealed. The ideas of developing the concept of the victimological direction of the anti-corruption policy and its criminological support are expressed.
