The article describes the impressions of participation in the project "Bibliomeschera". The author highlights the speeches of the leading teachers V.K. Stepanov, E.N. Guseva, I.A. Novikov, T.S. Pozdeeva. Summing up, the author says that the unique format of "Bibliomeschery" made it possible to communicate openly with colleagues as never before, establish friendly ties, expanding the boundaries of creative consciousness and rethinking the usual postulates.
