Big data as a way to personalization on the example of the online course MOOC

The article considers the work of the online course as a way of researching people's learning. The authors present the methods and the models of the effective interaction with students in the space of the online platform Coursera, put the main questions answered by big data. The correlation of the concepts of big data and personalization so as impact of personalization on the 2 sigma problem are derived on the example of the course.
