The article is devoted to the theoretical study of behavioral counseling; the definition of "counseling" is given, its purpose, the subject area of counseling, the tasks of the psychologist in behaviourist counseling, the tasks of the client, the advice of the behavior psychologist, the means of behavioral counseling, the means of behavioral counseling are outlined.
