Biographic reference book to the higher educational institution jubilee

The article is devoted to the characteristic of the biographic reference book published by Perm state institute of culture to the 45th anniversary of the higher educational institution. It focuses attention on its structure, content of personalities, list of the teachers that moved from East Siberian state institute of culture (further ESSIC) to develop the personnel potential of the higher educational institution of culture at Ural (Perm state institute of culture (further PSIC). The experience of the library faculty of East Siberian state academy of culture and arts in publishing the biographic collection «Insight through years» to its 40th anniversary is noted. The advantages of the analyzed reference book of PSIC are emphasized, the suggestions to improve the biographic genre are made.
